LOCATION
The site extends to approximately 9 acres and is located to the
north of Lincoln City Centre and a short distance from the A46/Lincoln
Bypass.
A Safeway foodstore is located immediately to the south of the
site. The Nettleham Road Shopping Centre is located immediately
east and includes Kwik Save and Iceland units. The undeveloped land
to the north and west is in the ownership of the developers and
has planning permission for residential development with approximately
240 units.
THE DEVELOPMENT
The planning brief for the development includes an allocation for
the following uses:-
- Shops
- Restaurants
- Offices
- Leisure
- Residential
Current thinking on urban design is reflected in the flexibility
of the overall layout. Individual units of accommodation will be
constructed to an occupier's requirements on a design and build
basis.
PLANNING
The site has the benefit of outline planning permission for development
of mixed use district centre including retail, leisure, office and
residential floor space. Copies of relevant documents can be made
